Sustainable Profitability Business Model
How to create profits that can be sustained year after year is the question and the challenge faced by every CEO and executive team of every company. This often coerces an introspective analysis by management of how to employ the levers of power under their control to best influence all elements of the organization and associated constituencies through their behaviors and actions.
The Sustainable Profitabity Business Model offers an innovative and effective look at the Foundational Elements of Sustainable Performance. Based on credible behavior science, best practices, and common sense, this work provides a guided tour of all the key factors that business executives should and must consider in terms of furthering the sustainable success of their operation.
Clearly, the success of any business organization hinges upon sustained high levels of performance that contribute to safe and productive operations as well as excellent customer service. Loss of performance in any one of these three critical areas elevates the risk of disaster. But most businesses currently endure a full range of challenge multipliers exacerbated by siloed operations and miscommunications that simply make every daily activity performed by any member of the workforce harder than it needs to be in all three of these areas.
Creating sustainable success with any business operation resides under the control of management pending an awareness of what needs to be done to create the desired results and the intentionality to implement the necessary actions. However, most well-meaning efforts fall short with incomplete or misdirected efforts which prove costly without producing the desired results. Yet most often these unnecessary and often exorbitant costs remain hidden.
This book provides progressive and forward-thinking executives targeted guidance for implementing a complete Sustainable Profitability Business Model that can successfully transform the lackluster existence of any average organization to one with a more rewarding and high-performance future for everyone involved.
